All is NOT Well for the Economy of Hong Kong. Empty Restaurants in Causeway Bay Evening of December 4, 2016. Restaurants in the streets of Causeway Bay were mostly empty or with few tables busy. For the past several years these restaurants have been fully busy most night of the year and with queues of people waiting in the street in the busy periods before Christmas and Chinese New Year. All is NOT Well for the Economy of Hong Kong. These are available and empty advertisement spaces in Causeway Bay, supposedly the "place with most expensive rents in world". They are all in a very primary location and they have been available for weeks.
