Cathay Pacific. First Class Cabin Service
I just flew again to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific. I was upgraded to first class. here is how the airline treat its passengers. The plane was full up to the last seat, including all the first class compartment. I had the impression that all passengers in first class were upgraded, they did not pay ticket for that seat. The service was excellent and the seat very large. Welcome drink with Krug Champagne. Appetiser with caviar and salmon. Chicken with polenta crespelle. Breakfast. Tea and yogurt. Breakfast. Egg boiled two minutes and an half, toasts. Breakfast. Cold cuts plate.
Cathay Pacific Service. Business Class
Just disembarked from a long flight with a Cathay Pacific Boeing 777. There was not much to do during the flight, and I was tired of reading, so here are the photos of all what the airline served. Welcome aboard drink: I forgot the nuts, with the champagne. Here is the appetiser, made of ham, mozzarella and salad. As main course they had a quite good portion of Italian agnolotti, dumplings, with spinach and cheese.
