Ferrari 599 XX Racing seen at Ferrari 70th anniversary Party. Castello del Valentino. Torino. Italy Seen during Salone dell' Automobile di Torino 2107, Parco del Valentino. Ferrari 599XX. The 599XX, based on 599 GTB, is a car designed for track use only and is not street legal. The rev limiter is raised to 9000 rpm, with the engine rated for 720 hp at 9000 rpm. Weight is reduced by reducing the weight of the engine unit components, the use of composite materials, and the use of carbon-fiber body parts and brake pads. A new gearbox shift strategy is introduced to cut overall gear change time to 60 ms. Aerodynamics were retuned to give more downforce 280 kg at 200 km/h, 630 kg at 300 km/h. The car also includes 29/67 R19 front and 31/71 R19 rear tyres with 19 × 11J wheel rims at the front and 19 × 12J at the rear. The car was unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show. Ferrari 488 Spider. Seen at Salone dell' Automobile Torino 2017. Parco del Valentino The 488 GTB is powered by a 3902cc (488cc per cylinder, thus the name) all-aluminium dry sump unit of the Ferrari F154 engine family. Turbocharged with two parallel ball-bearing twin-scroll turbochargers supplied by IHI/Honeywell and two air-to-air intercoolers, the compressor wheels are made of low-density TiAl alloy often used in jet engines to reduce inertia and resist high temperatures within the turbocharger. The engine produces 661 hp at 8,000 rpm and 760 N·m of torque at 3,000 rpm. This results in a specific power output of 126.3 kW (169.4 hp) per litre and specific torque output of 194.8 N·m per litre, both records for a Ferrari car. McLaren 720S seen at Salone dell' Automobile di Torino 2017, Parco del Valentino. Italy The McLaren 720S is designed and manufactured by McLaren Automotive. It is the second all-new car in the McLaren Super Series, replacing the 650S beginning in May 2017. The 720S was launched at the Geneva Motor Show on 7th March 2017 and is built on a modified carbon chassis, which is lighter and stiffer in contrast to the 650S. Pagani Huayra BC seen at Salone Automobile Torino Huayra BC An even more extreme version called the Huayra BC model debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016. The Huayra BC is named after the late Benny Caiola, a friend of Horacio Pagani, and the first Pagani customer. The Huayra BC has an improved version of the standard Huayra's 6.0 liter V12, twin turbocharged AMG engine, and now produces 830 hp as well as 1,100 N·m of torque.  The dry weight is now reduced to just 1,218 kilograms after a 132 kilogram decrease in weight, thanks to a new type of carbon fiber that Pagani claims is 50% lighter and 20% stronger than regular carbon fiber. Pagani have also fitted the Huayra BC with a lighter titanium exhaust system, new aluminum alloy wheels, and a stripped out interior.
