Otto Gutfreund, Cubist Bust, Museum of Czech Cubism, Prague  Otto Gutfreund    Otto Gutfreund  (3 August 1889 – 2 June 1927)  also written Oto Gutfreund,  was a Czechoslovak  sculptor . After studying art in  Prague  and Paris, he became known in the 1910s for his sculptures in a  cubist  style. After his service in the  First World War  he worked in a more realistic style. The bread is leavened and allowed to rise, molded into various shapes, and then filled in the center with a mixture of cheese (fresh or aged, most commonly, specialized Khachapuri cheese), eggs, and other ingredients. The bread crust is traditionally torn off and dipped into the cheese. It is very popular in Georgia, both in restaurants and as street food. As a Georgian staple food, the price of making khachapuri is used as a measure of inflation in different Georgian cities by the "khachapuri index," developed by the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University. This is not a platter of fruits, these are fruits made of almond and sugar paste typical of of the Sicilian cuisine, in Italy   Almond paste is made from ground almonds or almond meal and sugar in equal quantities, with small amounts of cooking oil, beaten eggs, heavy cream or corn syrup added as a binder. It is similar to marzipan, but has a coarser texture. Almond paste is used as a filling in pastries, but it can also be found in chocolates. In commercially manufactured almond paste, ground apricot or peach kernels are sometimes added to keep the cost down
