Car Spotting in Hong Kong. Volkswagen Golf R Tuned and with changing colour paint. Seen in Mong Kok

Mong Kong is one of the best place in Hong Kong for spotting cars tuned in the most extravagant ways. This Volkswagen Golf R32 is all treated with a paint that shows different shades of colours depending from the angle of view. 


The body colour changes from blue to a shade of dark red, while the wheels do the oppiste They are dark red and they returns shades of blue when the angle of vie changes.


The Golf R is powered by a 2.0-litre FSI turbocharged engine that produces 271 HK and 350 Nm of torque. VW claims the car can get from 0–100 km/h in 5.5 seconds for DSG equipped models, or 5.7 seconds for cars fitted with a manual gearbox.

This airport is always crowded, noisy and dirty. The floors and ceilings seem to be made up of materials from the 1950s’ even though the Terminal 1 started operations in the 1990s’. Food served in the restaurant is terrible, of very expensive, or both. This is the only airport I have heard of where from time to time expensive items disappear from the checked bags of arriving passengers. On the positive side its architecture is a masterp iece of the “Postmodern” period. Its main designer was Ettore Sottsass. If you get out of the crowd, rest your eyes, and look at the lines of the building you smile at their beauty.
