All is NOT Well for the Economy of Hong Kong. Empty Restaurants in Causeway Bay Evening of December 4, 2016. Restaurants in the streets of Causeway Bay were mostly empty or with few tables busy. For the past several years these restaurants have been fully busy most night of the year and with queues of people waiting in the street in the busy periods before Christmas and Chinese New Year. All is NOT Well for the Economy of Hong Kong. These are available and empty advertisement spaces in Causeway Bay, supposedly the "place with most expensive rents in world". They are all in a very primary location and they have been available for weeks. Supercars of Hong Kong, Mercedes S600 Maybach Seen at Hong Kong Club

The company was founded in 1909 by Wilhelm Maybach and his son, originally a subsidiary of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin GmbH and was itself known as Luftfahrzeug-Motorenbau GmbH until 1912. In 1960 Maybach was acquired by Daimler-Benz and remains nowadays as an ultra-luxury car brand of Mercedes-Benz, which is owned by Daimler AG. Daimler currently produces an ultra-luxury edition of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class under the Mercedes-Maybach brand.

Hong Kong Supercars. This Mercedes S500e Plug-in Hybrid was on display at Mercedes ME Caafé at Entertainment Building in Central Hong Kong.  Please see also my YouTube channel:  https://www.youtube.com/user/settime2588 The  Mercedes-Benz   S 500 PLUG-IN HYBRID  offers a system output of 325 kW and 650 newton metre torque, and in just 5.2 seconds sprints from 0 to 100 km/h and can drive up to 33 kilometres purely electrically. The certified consumption is 2.8 litres/100 kilometres, which corresponds to 65 g CO₂/km emissions. Key elements of this impressive output are the V6 biturbo and the intelligent hybrid drive.  Following the S 400 HYBRID and S 300 BlueTEC HYBRID the  S 500 PLUG-IN HYBRID  is the third hybrid model in the new  S-Class . Its new high-voltage lithium-ion battery can be externally recharged via the charging socket in the right side of the rear bumper.

Founded around 1666, the   Black Eagle Brewery   was established on a plot of land next to what is now   Brick Lane   in London, E1. It grew steadily until the 18th century when, under the management of   Benjamin Truman , and driven by the demand for   porter , it expanded rapidly and became one of the largest brewers in London. Its growth continued into and through the 19th century with the expansion of its brewery and pub estate. In 1873, it purchased Philips Brewery in Burton and became the largest brewery in the world.
